Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Please review your order, shade selection, shipping address, and contact information carefully before completing checkout.
Product Availability
Angelic3zz products may be released in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is successfully completed.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Angelic3zz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of lip products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges for opened or used products are not accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos and the order number.
Product Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual lip tone.
Personal Use & Safety
Products should be used as intended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Angelic3zz is not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities or improper use.
Intellectual Property
Angelic3zz branding, logos, product photography, graphics, designs, and original website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
